I need a good USB headset for my MacBook Pro. I've have a small Logitech headset up until now, mainly for VoIP, but now I wanna step up to a real gamer monster headset, with microphone for VoIP still, that connects through the USB port. I've found Speed-Link Medusa 5.1 Mobile Edition (USB), which seems to have gotten great reviews in PC magazines. But as you can see on their web site (http://www.speed-link.de/?p=2&cat=173&pid=3168&paus=2) they only have Windows drivers to support it. I have two questions: 1) Does there exist any 3rd party drivers for this headset for mac? 2) If not, and I buy it anyway, and just plug it into my machine, then what would happen? Would I get full functionality by Leopard out-of-the-box? Or would I just be able to get really high quality stereo sound and be able to use the mic? Or would it remain as dead and useless as a potato?

Thanks :apple:

Or maybe one pf these would be better?

Or maybe one of you could suggest a different and even better headset? It doesn't need 5.1 surround sound. Just a good gamer headset with mic for the mac by USB :)
