Speed of RAM

I am going to upgrade the RAM in my MacBook (the latest model). What is the maximum speed of the RAM I can use?

It comes as standard with 1067MHz DDR3 RAM, but I have seen that I can get 1333MHz DDR3 RAM for not much more money.

Will this work?

What performance differences will I see?

(I am a photographer, and also edit video quite often).

I think you're limited to 1066MHz but the performance difference would anyway be negligible.
