For some reason since I moved speed test has been giving me a 30-60MPS download rate when I have a 230MPS connection. I am having to reboot my ATV to get speed test to show the correct rate again. Is this a bug in speed test foe TV OS?

Sounds like a weak or WiFi signal at your Apple TV’s location in your new house. If other devices are doing fine.

If you’re 5Ghz and 2.4 GHz are the same SSID. It could be choosing the wrong one sometimes. If they are different. There could be some other interference.

All other devices are also in my room and get the 230MPS download speed. I wonder what is interfering? I am on 5Ghz.

Also at least it’s not buffering. 30mps seems to be fast enough for watching movies and baseball games I guess.

Could be anything. The furniture in between it and the WiFi. Being behind a TV. Location of a mirror.

I've got a weird spot in my bathroom. Where my phone WiFi gets blocked on one access point. So, I have to disable then re-enable WiFi so it connects to another access point. While it works fine with an excellent signal everywhere else in the bathroom.

Strange why only the Apple TV is affected and all my devices are in the same room.
