Speed up iTunes on a PC

So iTunes on my PC is a POS compared to iTunes on my mac. Any what i can get it to not be so jumpy/laggy on the PC. It is so smooth on my MBP that i wish it would run better on my pc, and please don't say just use the MBP.:rolleyes:
