Speed up playback of .MOV on Iphone

I am a college student that likes to watch recorded lectures on Iphone at gym. Can anyone recommend an app where i can speed up playback of .MOV files on an iPhone?

You start playback & tap the clock icon. From there, you will have access to a slider controlling playback speed.
