Spell check Safari different language than OS

MacOS language: English US
I want Safari to check German spelling... (I work in IT but obviously too stupid to figure it out)

- Settings - Keyboard - Spelling already! set to German
- Safari Spelling and Grammer also German

-> I want Safari to check German language per default. Safari does currently not detect german input!?

Well, did you search for "German dictionary for Safari" or some such term? I know that you can do that in Word, once the second dictionary is installed. Or, you could bookmark a translation website and use copy/paste.
