Just downloaded Snow Leopard and now my spell check only works in Word. Won't work in Safari or email. The red squiggly line comes up but when I right click, there are no suggestions. Any ideas how to correct?

1.Snow Leopard isn't legally available for download.
2.Installing Stolen software is a great way to install Trojans.
3.Buy the Disk.

This. Sounds like the dictionary files are missing. It is a possibility that you downloaded a non DL-DVD image of SL as well which means they needed to strip things from the install to make it smaller. At any rate, purchase a legit snow leopard.

I don't like how people assume he illegal downloaded it. I'm not saying he didn't do it, and I wouldn't be surprised if he did. But kind of a dick move to accuse people of that just because they used the word "downloaded" rather than "installed".

Was that really necessary?

I would agree with uberamd about the dictionary files missing. Easy way to save space.
