Spell checking in TextEdit - UK Version

Where can I change the spell checking option in TextEdit to recognise the UK version of words. Like recognise with an 's'?...

At the moment I'm having to teach it how to spell English words and it's beginning to wind me up.

I believe it'll follow the settings you have setup at System Preferences > International.

Ooo nice idea - but I only the the option for 'English', not 'International English' and my region is set for the United Kingdom.
