I've just spent a good four or five hours spoon feeding songs onto my iPod touch.

This is possibly the worst music player I've ever owned (although it's other functions are quite good).

Has anyone else had to load in songs bit by bit, and constantly put up with crashing?

The girl at the Apple Store told me that if I move the scroll bar up and down on the devices/directories bar in iTunes it stops it crashing so much.

She was right, but now I have some sort of RSI.

I'm defo sending this one back in the new year, I hope it's just a dud unit.

Yeah, it's faulty. Have you done anything else to it besides plug it in and start loading songs?

The chick at the Apple Store knows sod-all. Take it in, show here what it's doing and have it swapped out.
