I'm currently staying at the W NY Union Square, and am unable to unlock my room with a Watch. I have keyless entry set up on my phone, which is cool but questionably useful as it only works if the SPG app is running.
I've been down to the front desk a couple times now, and they claim that the Watch transmits the same device ID that the phone does, which makes sense given that the Watch app isn't really running on the Watch itself. However, it doesn't work using either the Glance or the app itself.
Anyone else had luck with this?
Also, while the app shows the correct number of Starpoints in my account, the Glance shows 888,888 (one can dream!).
