Two very similar cases. Tones has been out for awhile and has been popular with most people here. Armor slim is still not out yet but it looks as good or even better than the Tones case. What you guys think of the Armor slim?

I love both companies, but I have to say the Armor Slim is by far better looking and implemented into complimenting the iPhone 5's true design.

Wirelessly posted

I'm leaning towards an Armor with a glassTr as my next case and hopefully last case. :)

The slim armor poops on the tones. But I think the tones will be slimmer than the slim armor.

I am also considering these cases.

From the reviews and videos, it looks like the Spigen is a two piece case, which makes it easier to remove. The major complaint for the SwitchEasy seems to be that it's almost impossible to remove, but at the same time it looks like it provides the most snug fit. Also, the SwitchEasy is hard plastic in the inside.

Another thing to consider is that it looks like the Spigen will be more compatible with the Glas.tR as it doesn't have too much lip wrapping the corners.

The Tones works perfectly with the Glas.Tr and wasn't hard to remove for me but I'm getting used to removing tight cases. The Spigen isn't out yet. What is there to compare other than pictures?

Stopped using my Slim Armor. Scratches very easily and the port holes are too small for anything other than official cables and headphones. Back to the Incipio frequency for now...

Yes, I found that it scratches easily too, and doesn't preserve the slimness of the iPhone 5. Went back to my Tones case for every day use. Tones is the best case I've used for any iPhone generation.

Yes, that was another reason I did not like it, it was not slim!

The Slim armor looks better than the Tones but as mentioned above the Tones is thinner and lighter. The only thing I don't care for with the tones case is that it’s a little boxy. The slim armor and some other cases I have are a little more comfortable to hold. I have the black and grey tones and the black and gunmetal slim armor so I can post some side by side pics tonight.

Please

I have to use the iPhone for the camera so they are both empty but here are some pics. Both work with the bodygaurdz pure glass screen protector. The slim armor has a smaller headphone hole so it doesn't work with all headphones. I haven't found any that won't fit with the tones on yet. If you need anything else let me know.

Used my iPad to take a couple pics of the front with the phone in. Here is the slim armor.
