Spigen Crystal Clear wireless charging problem.

Hey guys. Wondering if anyone else is using this case with a wireless charger. I’ve been having issues with wireless charging. The phone will start charging but after a few minutes or so it stops. Sometimes it starts again but ultimately in the morning my phone isn’t charged. Took the case off and the problems stopped. I have a mophie and a cheap 5 below charger and have the same problem with both.

I have this case since launch. Never an issue using my wireless chargers.

for what it’s worth, i had an issue over the weekend where my phone stopped charging on the wireless charger altogether. i put the phone down and verified that i was charging, only to wake up to see it at 35%. ive used other chargers and it wouldnt charge at all. was going to make an appointment with Apple but did the first sensible thing and restarted the phone. it started charging reliably again.

iOS 13 has been somewhat buggy. try restarting and make sure its not a physical hardware issue with the case. ive used the esr and spigen case (both returned) and the torras case (which im using now) and have had no problems whatsoever.

Well...inadvertently I did a hard reboot the other day shortly after making this post to solve another problem I was having. Lo and behold my wireless charging problems have gone away as well. My phone has charged properly the last 2 nights with the aspiren case on. I kinda feel like an idiot since I’m always the guy telling people to do a hard reboot when they’re having iPhone problems. Thanks for all the replies!
