Hello,

I just bought a Spigen liquid crystal case for my iphone 8. It's super slim as I hoped (0.6 ounces only) but it's also super slippery. I actually think I have a greater chance of dropping the phone now. Has anyone used this particular slim case for their iphone 7 or 8? If yes, could you please tell me if the "grip" improved with use?

I also have apple's own silicone case where the grip is superb but it is heavier and has a larger outline - I've just moved up from an iphone SE so even minor differences (in weight/size) bother me. I would also appreciate any other suggestions members may have. If it's relevant, I always carry the phone in my pant-pocket.

Thanks.

I used spigen liquid crystal for my 7 Plus and 8 Plus currently. I do find the case a tiny bit slippery at the very beginning like the first few days, but soon after I find it less slippery.

I’m currently using their liquid air armor and I really love the feel of the case. It’s not as think as the sheath I had for my 6S but it feels more gripper. I used to like clear cases but always hated how they turn yellow over time.
