Anyone purchased a Spigen Neo Hybrid case within the past week or two? If so, has Spigen communicated the need for or shipped you the button stabilizers? Need to know if the newly-designed cases that don't require the stabilizers are shipping yet. No response from Spigen Support despite multiple attempts via multiple avenues across multiple weeks.

Order it from Amazon, it *should* all be new stock but if it's not and if they don't reply to you return it.

Make sure you buy it from Amazon though, because they probably won't ever reply to you if you ask to return it if you buy it off their website.

Did they redesign them since so many people were complaining about the buttons? I'll probably be ordering one later today with Amazon Prime, so I can let you know by Tuesday.

I received my Neo Hybrid last week and they didn't come with button stabilizers but all the buttons had good feedback.

Received my Neo Hybrid from Amazon this past Saturday. All buttons work perfectly right out of package.

Can someone explain what these button stabilizers are?

I haven't seen them personally, but to my understanding they're just stickers you put on the inside of the metallized buttons on the case to give them better response. But since they fixed the problem, you probably don't have to worry about it.

Yup, just got mine today from Amazon. All the buttons are fully functional & you can see where they made the improvements.
