I'm trying to decide between these two cases, and have a couple questions that maybe you guys can help with.

1. Are they both the same thickness or is one thicker than the other?

2. Does the clear back on the ultra affect the camera flash and picture quality at all? It seems like there could be some weird reflections due to it.

3. Personal preference? Which one do you guys like better? I sort of like the clear one because it doesn't cover up the back while still protecting it.

Sorry. i meant to put this in the accessories forum. Mods please delete.

While I can't speak with knowledge about experience with this case in the past, I did order the ultra hybrid for the 6+ and once I get the phone I can answer some questions. I do have the case already and it does not seem like there are going to be any problems with it and the camera, flash, etc.

i ordered the neo hybrid ex bc i thought it had a clear back, not realizing it was just a bumper so i e-mailed them asking to change it to an ultra hybrid but now am thinking about just putting ghost armor on it and calling it a day

I would avoid buying Spigen products. They like a very shady company.

I'd like to hear more about this as well. Personally, I have nothing but good things to say about Spigen. I used to use power support cases and screen protectors exclusively until I tried the Spigen and I haven't looked back since!

Shady how?

How so? I have had amazing customer service with them.

I cracked my HTC ONE M8 Glas.tr and they shipped out a new one with two day shipping to my door

Another incident is when the TPU on my HTC ONE M8 slim armor was not tight to the device so they shipped out a new case.

Not sure where you are coming from, but spigen has been amazing case and customer support company for myself.
