Here is a little backstory.

Sept. 14: Attempted to order a Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal case. After entering card information and after hitting confirm, I get a blank page and nothing loads. I checked my bank account and indeed I was charged. But did not get any confirmation e-mail from Spigen, and does not appear on my order history

Sept. 15: I attempted again to order the spigen Neo hybrid metal case, this time order went through and I did get an confirmation e-mail that I placed an order and shows up on my order history.

I've e-mailed Spigen countless times and they never responded, until I saw their FB page apologizing for the lack of customer support because they had a lot of orders for the 6/6 Plus cases that they had to handle.

Last week Saturday (10/18/14) I received an e-mail that Spigen had shipped my order. Also I have written them an official letter complaining to them about how poor their customer support was and that they needed to do a better job in the customer support end.

So around Wednesday (10/22/14) I receive my package and to find that there were two Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal case. Looks like the other order did go through.

As I go check my mail this morning (it arrived yesterday, didn't check my mail yesterday). I noticed a package in my mailbox and I know I didn't order anything. Apparently Spigen got my letter and they sent me a free Spigen Tough Armor case . They sent me the champaign Gold case. They should have sent me the blue one. Oh well I can't complain because it's a free case from them.

After trying out the tough armor on my 6 Plus. I can say that while it does a great job protecting the device, the buttons are a little bit hard to push. So I prefer going back to my Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal as my daily driver.
