Spilled on my laptop, fine but having problems sleeping!?

Hi, a couple weeks ago i spilled some tea on the upper left corner of my laptop. The buttons controlling brightness on the screen acted a little crazy for two days, and my left shift key no longer works, but the only thing that's really bothering me is my computer refuses to stay in sleep mode. it will come out of sleep mode in a matter of seconds. i checked the console and it usually gives me "wake reason uhc3" ... Can someone help me out? I've googled extensively and can't really find any information? Should I just get a new keyboard?

I'd replace the keyboard, first.

Maybe it's receiving keypresses and waking up. Replace the keyboard.
