I spilled water on my macbook pro 13' in in Jan or Feb. It stopped working at wouldn't charge so I took it to the apple store, they told me it would be a $730 replacement and I didn't have to money but when I got home that night with my Mac I turned it on just to see if it would work and it did, it has been working fine but I still haven't closed it or restarted it since Jan or Feb. If I restart it, turn if off or close it will it wake up again? I'm afraid to close it.

Any thought?

I would think whatever liquid was in there would have dried by now. If you restart, it should start up.

I won't give you mine if it doesn't though. :p

At the Mac store they did show me signs of corrosion on my computer, does this make a difference or because theres no more water left it will be fine?

Agreed - no reason to suppose that it won't restart if it has been running OK all of this time.

I would love to see the number of GB of page outs on your mac lol

It probably can restart.
However, I wouldnt let my guard down since water damage can lead to many problems in near future.
My old MacBook didnt show signs for 3 months until it died on me.
