Spills Forum

With so many people spilling water/coke/wine/bodily fluids on their laptops/iPhones at the moment can we not have a separate spills forums for these unfortunates? It'll only get worse with the iPad...

At the moment these things end up all over the place...

There's already a guide for it. If you're going to create a spills forum, why not a battery forum? Or how about a "virus on the mac" forum?

What about those who drop their device into toilet/pool/hot tub. Would that fall under a Spills forum or would we also need a Submersion forum?

That is a very tricky question indeed. Again I feel the iPad will end up seeing a lot of this sort of thing.

However, the lack of a physical keyboard will help mitigate some of the more common MBP issues with spills

It would have to be "Clumsy B******, Inept Friends and Facepalm Moments". I think that would capture it all

I imagine this post or similar will be made within one month of the iPads being delivered.
