macOS Spinners in Cocoa

Hi All

In Java there are GUI elements called spinners (see: http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/components/spinner.html)

are their Cocoa GUI elements like these spinners? If so, how do I use them from within Interface Builder.

A combination of the NSStepper buttons and an NSTextField would achieve a similar effect.
