When I try to access Movies iTunes I get a spinning ball, and the icons of each movie don't have content. However, when I access playlists of videos in Movies they work just fine.

I've tried deleting iTunes and reinstalling. I've deleted all the iTunes plists. i've searched Apple Support. And of course I've searched this list and can't find an answer. Last night I left my MBP on with the iTunes ball spinning, when I woke up this morning it was still spinning.

Any suggestions on how to access movies without getting a spinning ball?

BTW I can't use Apple Support right now because I am on the road until Saturday and don't have my serial number with me. It's a new ~30 day old MBP. I know I have Apple care but they are going to want my serial number too. I'll definitely put that number somewhere I can access it this weekend.
