Spinning wheel of nothingness

I have absolutely no functionality when it comes to MobileMe webmail. Non. It says there and says "Loading" for over an hour. Multiple times I have tried this. Is anyone else in the same boat, or, has anyone discovered a way to make it work?

The majority are in the same boat - there is a poll in here which shows it to be about 60% in the same boat.

That in itself is a comfort - but a word from Apple would be nice.
