Spinning Wheels

When I manually check emails a "spinning wheel" starts at the bottom of the phone but there is also another spinning wheel at the top of the phone that continues on for a while even after the emails have loaded.

Anyone know what that is?

It means it's doing something. Usually after the emails have been loaded the app makes one more pass over the server to make sure no more emails have come in since the last fetch. Don't worry. It's normal.
