Yes Apple used Siri to market there new 4S they are the only company that has ever done this! Android I know only want certain versions installed on certain devices and upgrading is limited. IE getting Ice Cream on some year old devices. yes Apple along with many other company's is guilty of marketing. Just like you going around marketing your video.
