bmwhd macrumors 6502a Original poster May 22, 2008 776 2 Jan 26, 2012 #1 iPhone 4, 5.0.1 JB. iBooks was working fine until I loaded Spire today. Now iBooks tries to load but doesn't get past the empty bookcase. Crash reporter says reason: comp.apple.iBooks failed to start in time ideas?

Could it be because I've not activated the Spire proxy yet (waiting on my confirmation to come through from the proxy vendor)?
