just a heads up for people really.
I used spirit on my bosses 2g touch and for some reason the dock icons all vanished, they showed up in search but the dock was empty, he had to do a restore then rejailbreak with spirit. I thought nothing of it until the same happened to my 3GS 3.1.3 this morning
I managed to fix it without restoring, i used sbsettings to hide the apps i had in the dock, respringed, then used sbsettings to unhide those apps and respringed again and they reappeared.
