Spirit with downgraded OS 4.0 beta2 to 3.1.3 possible

I downgraded from OS 4.0 beta2 to 3.1.3. I think the baseband is still from 4.0 beta2 (05.13.03). Will this be a problem for the Spirit JB?

I tested it on a dev phone and worked fine. I didn't use it long though so can't speak to long-term stability.
