Spitfish - I can't see the plugin in Garageband?

I downloaded Spitfish (to reduce sibilance and s sounds), and followed all the instructions to add it as a plugin in Garageband.

However, now when I open Garageband, I can't see the Spitfish plugin. I've tried everything. Have any other Garageband users had this problem?

How do I sort it out?

Looks like it's PPC only. It won't run on an intel Mac.
