splashid stopped working on ipod touch

I have splash id on my imac and on my 3 yr old ipod touch. since i updated it, it opens for a second on my ipodtouch and then the screen reverts to the one which shows all my apps.
it works fine on my imac.

any suggestions what i can do? i don't think i can revert to prior versions.

If your iPod touch was on iOS 3.x, there was a problem with support for iOS 3 that is corrected in the 6.0.1 update.

Download the latest version in the App Store:
