So if someone on an AT&T family plan wants to split off into their own plan... and they have unlimited data and obviously want to keep that... is that possible?

He said AT&T said no. He'd have to go onto data share as unlimited data was non-transferrable and it'd cost over twice the fraction of the total plan that he pays now. Anyone else have different luck with like a manager override or something?

Call AT&Ts transfer of billing department. They will know best
