I'm using a Mistel split keyboard. It's a white model (Barocco MD770 - wired) that is Mac compatible.

I was previously using a Kinesis Freestyle 2 for Mac keyboard and wanted something mechanical and white.

I love this keyboard. However I have an issue where the keyboard is not recognized by my Mac Mini when I try to wake it from sleep. To remedy the situation I have to unplug and replug the usb cable at the front of the keyboard.

Because this isn't a huge hassle, and because it's the only split white model I can find with a dedicated function row, I am leaning towards keeping it. I have reached out to Mistel and they essentially had no answers for me. I don't expect any forum members to have any answers for me but I am curious as to why this happens? Essentially the Mini loses some sort of connection with the keyboard even though it is wired. (Never had this issue with the Kinesis.) It also happens at random. Probably once a day or so upon wake from sleep. Curious what you all think. Thanks.
