Split screen..lost Safari pinned tabs

Ok i have a problem with split screen. Lets say i have Safari Window A and Window B. I got into split screen view with both windows side by side. Now I clicked on ESCAPE to leave the split screen view. It exit out from split screen view but now i lost (disappear) my Window B. Only Window A is left. Also lost all my pinned tabs. Restart Safari and pinned tabs are not there. Tried it a few times same result. Am i the only one with this problem?

By the way i clean installed El Capitan with no time machine backup.

Interesting. I just tried this and not only did I still have two windows after escaping, I still had my pinned tabs.
