Split/Share Apple Back to school 100$ Gift card

I was wondering if there is a possibility to share the 100$ (80 EU in holland) gift card with my girlfriend. Is the gift card limited to 1 account or can I use it with different accounts?

If it is limited to one account, can I login with my account on iTunes on her Macbook and spend the gift card this way?
