Hey guys I'm really looking for some help on this, so I've had this app idea i have bee working on for months and i have spent countless hours wire framing and bullet pointing every single feature this app will have. Well i currently found a partner who will be doing most of the coding for me (I will still be working on the app as well) while we team view so i can make sure its exactly how i pictured it to be. In exchange for developing this project with me, i will be giving him equity in this app. So the app itself will be free on the app store but businesses will be signing up to use this app as a monthly subscription service. Im wondering what contract i should have in order to accomplish this and split equity in return for developing this project with me? Since revenue for the app will be outside the app store is there a separate contract i need?
Here is the link that I've been trying to wrap my head around:
