I've got large number of music videos ripped and in M4V format for my Apple TV. Each chapter/song is its own individual file so I can make playlists and play different artists and sources at one time.

A couple of DVD's just contain one single 60 minute chapter with no points whatsoever. What can I use to split that file into smaller chunks.

I'm also interested in using it to chop of intro/credits that are often included in the first and concluding song's chapter.

Theres quite a workload so will it be just quick and simple and not have to re encode the entire video.

Split Fuse is the best I've found but exports as .mov
