Are we going to have a spoiler free thread that goes on till the keynote is uploaded?
Or an email system that would push a similar update?

Usually by the end of the day or that night.

Usually Apple's website has it first. It is then available as a podcast from Apple Keynotes. The best way to skip the front page of apples website is to search Apple september 12th keynote video. Then select the link from Apple.
