Spontaneously going into sleep mode.

I was facing this problem a couple weeks back, where I would be browsing on my macbook and it would go into sleep mode. I would have to press down the power button for a couple of seconds for it to wake up. For a while, it wasn't acting up but it has made its return.

Someone please help me!

Check system preferences if it is set to go to sleep at a short amount of time.

Also you can reset the SMC.
