I just upgrade my 2009 uMBP to SL a couple days ago, everything went well. But when I try to spoof my airport mac address (for personal reasons) to "00:1b:fc:99:41:d5" with the command "sudo ifconfig en1 ether 00:1b:fc:99:41:d5" and typed my password in, no error popup. Although, when i typed in the command "ifconfig en1 | grep ether" to try to find my mac address, it still shows up as my original airport mac address. Anyone knows why this is happening?

nope still doesnt work
