Hi

Just been trying my iphone 4 on 3g and its keep reverting back to GPRS is this normal?

I hope this is software and not a bumper fix to! I seem to keep calls and no dropping even though my bars go down to 1 when lightly holding the phone!

How many bars of 3G is your phone displaying before it reverts to gprs?

what firmware are you on?

How are you holding it?

If calls aren't dropping, then what is the problem?

what firmware are you on? 4.0.1

How are you holding it? Normal like any mobile phone!

If calls aren't dropping, then what is the problem? Im unable to brows internet or use apps that need fast 3g data as they wont load!

Yep this is "normal" for the iPhone 4. Cupping the bottom left with make it drop to GRPS and kills data speeds.

Download speedtest and you'll see it time out.

Only work around is hold it in landscape or get a case.
