Spore on New MBP

Hi, I just bought a new MBP 2.53 GHz 4GB memory. I played Spore for the first day and everything seemed fine. The second day I played Spore I was in the middle of playing and all of a sudden the screen went black and a clicking noise started. The clicking noise is semi-fast, and the only thing I can do is hold the power button to turn it off because it is frozen with the clicking noise happening. I don't know if anyone has experienced this before, but I assume something is wrong so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I thought I would let you guys know that it has happened to me 3 times now, but all 3 times it happened was when I was on 9600M GT. I played while I was on 9400M and it seemed to play fine. So maybe it is a graphics card problem...
