I was under the impression that MLB scores were supposed to support live activities display from the TV app. I never heard about MLS scores showing but I envisioned Apple wouldn't let their bread and butter sports grab go without this feature.

Are live activities not available for MLS and pre-season MLB games? If they are, I've gone to the games, make sure they're in up next (I see no button to follow them), and make sure live activities are enabled for the TV app in the settings.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have yet to see them anywhere. I've tried and tried and was the reason why I was coming here to post.

From what I understand, MLS games are not supported in the Apple TV app — which is silly, considering MLS Season Pass. Premier League, MLB and NBA games are supported. That said, I do not think spring training games are supported as I have not been able to ”follow” any games. I’d imagine you’ll be able to follow games starting on Opening Day though.

FotMob (for soccer) and Sports Alerts are good alternatives if you want Live Activites for your MLS and MLB teams respectively.

Those are the two I've been using for a while now and they work pretty well.
