Hey, just in need of some ideas...

I'm doing a slideshow with still pictures for a youth (grades 1-5) basketball league. I need about 15 minutes worth of music, obviously with a sports theme.

I honestly don't care what it is all that much, I just need something... Upbeat and kid friendly would be the best fit!

A couple of songs in the same slideshow:
Lose Yourself (Clean Edited) by Eminem for beginning
De La Vuelta by Marc Anthony for middle
and
1812 Overture for the finale

Nelly's "Heart of a Champion" (iTunes Link) is all sports related and samples the theme from NBA on NBC, perfect for basketball. The clean version may be kid-friendly enough.

Although, it doesn't have to be sports related to work well as a slideshow song. ESPN has the "Ultimate Highlight" every Sunday night on Sportscenter and the songs on there are never sports related. I've even used Lifehouse's "Hanging by a Moment" (iTunes Link) for a soccer "commercial." Worked great.

some suggestions might be:

the sixers warm up

roy jones- can't be touched "but you can only use parts of this one." "you will have to edit."

Archie-we ready
I really like the we ready one...i've used it for several sports slideshows for my kids events...and the kids always like it.....i usually don't use the whole song....mostly the intro.....

white stripes- 7 nation army

otis redding-sitting on the dock of the bay

good luck....
