Ok, here's the thing, ive got a whopping great spot (no head) by my mouth, really sore wee beastie, any idea's whats good for these things ? (to rid them, not grow them), so far tried t-tree oil (dont know why )
am about to try toothpaste

Do you think maybe it's something with not shaving for a few days

need help, its growing by the hour.................ta ;)

sounds nasty.

don't touch it - by doing so, you're irritating it and giving it more germs.

am i correct in assuming it's a pimple? clean your face but don't overdry it. If it really is growing by the hour and it's a cold sore, I'd think about seeing a doctor. But seriously, mac forums is the worst place to get advice for this.

Not a good idea to post that on here... too personal...

Toothpaste should do the job, leave it on overnight, wash it off in the morning, it won't get rid of it, but it will make it go down a little.

This thread is worthless without pics.

On second thoughts... maybe not!

*LOL* Some people might be eating :D

But the toothpaste appears to be having some effect, the little beggar is shrinking and the pain has reduced, and no it's not Herpes (coldsore) ;)
but thats a one point for colgate and no points for t-tree oil

The spot is shrinking
