spotify for iphone

Does anybody have any info on Spotify for iPhone? I saw a preview of i t back in february. If it ever comes out it will be the best thing on iphone EVER.

If you dont know what Spotify is, I think its European-only (Sorry guys). but its sort of like iTunes, except you stream the music, and its completely free.

You can choose almost any album/song to listen to and just listen to it. (its ad-supported)

Yeah I heard about this but haven't heard anything else since.

Spotify is an excellent service for collaborative playlists too.

I haven't heard anything either. It would be great, tho I'm not sure if it would only be allowed over wifi, hopefully not but you never know what's gonna happen.

On their site, they were actively seeking a developer. Haven't heard anymore. I just wish I didn't have to keep re-logging in with a proxy all the time to use here in the states. You guys in the UK have it easy.
