Something I think would be really, really great if Apple did for iOS 6 (or 5.x) would be to open up a Spotlight API for App Store apps. This is done on the Mac. For example, you can Spotlight search for a Logic project or a Pages document and they will show. Now, this is easier because there is a Finder, but I think adding this ability for App Store apps could really help ease the pain of the lack of file system that is apparent on iOS devices, and would make things easier to find, and overall would help lower the walls between the individual app silos in iOS.
