Everytime I plug this disk, Spotlight tries to index it, then I can no longer use the disk, folders inside it appear empty, and many applications crash. If I disable Spotlight via command line, the disk works perfectly fine.
I've tried repairing the disk with Disk Utility, but it didn't help.
Is this drive failing? It's an external Seagate 3TB.
