Spotlight doesn’t work

I’m using 13 mini, latest update.
Sometime the spotlight search doesn’t open. Not when I slide it with a swipe down and not not when I touch the new search button on Home Screen.
Only when I reset the device it works again.
Anyone else have this problem and maybe a fix?
