Spotlight feature in Windows Vista.

I have seen Windows Vista and a lot of features are being stolen from Tiger, the main one though is the search function in the menu's and start menu almost exactly like Spotlight, which is a big feature in Tiger, they are even trying to make the GUI look nicer. Hasn't Apple copyrighted all of this stuff?

you could read up on the other threads posted here on MR, they will give you TONS of information, but seriously, there isn't much that Apple can do, and even though names may be TMed or Copyrighted, its not like you can keep an idea and the way it is used to yourself....
