Spotlight Has Found a .vip file .....What is This? Should I Be Worried?

When I launch spotlight and start to type the word 'install' I get a hit stating "installhighlyrecentthefile.vip" it has the Safari logo next to it.
I don't know where this located on my HD. When I click on the name, Safari launches so I've been shutting it down immediately.

Any ideas what this is and how can I find where it is on my HD and how can I delete it?

(I'm currently running macOS Sierra)
