Spotlight in finder (window size)

is there a way to set a default size of the finder window that opens up when you do alt+option+spacebar (aka spotlight in finder)?

everytime i open it up it's a very small finder window that needs to be resized. kind of annoying.

This annoys me as well... Spotlight doesn't remember any of your custom window settings. Also, whenever I use the search field from the Finder window, I expect it to search THAT folder that I'm in but, it doesn't... it ALWAYS switches to "This Computer". Lame.
